What Cookies Are
Cookies are small text files a website stores on your device to remember information between visits or during a session. Some are required for the site to function; others are optional and only run with your consent.
Your Choice
The banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or decline optional cookies. You can change your mind at any time by clicking "Cookie Preferences" in the footer of any page, which reopens that choice.
Categories We Use
| Category | Purpose | Can you decline? |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly Necessary | Remembers your cookie preference itself, and basic security/session functions. The site cannot function without these. | No — always on |
| Functional | Powers the on-site chat/voice assistant widget (session state while you're talking with it) and remembers form-in-progress state. | Yes |
| Analytics | If enabled, helps us understand which pages are useful and where visitors run into trouble, using aggregated, non-identifying usage data. | Yes |
We do not use advertising or cross-site retargeting cookies.
Third-Party Cookies
Our chat/voice assistant is powered by Vapi, and (if enabled) analytics may be powered by a provider such as Google Analytics. These providers may set their own cookies to provide their service to us; we don't control their cookies directly, but we only enable them with the categories above in mind.
Browser Controls
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent parts of the site (like the cookie banner remembering your choice) from working correctly.
