Our Mission
VA PTSD Firm exists for one reason: to make sure the men and women who served this country receive every benefit they are owed. Too many veterans are denied, underrated, or left waiting years for a fair decision. We fight to change that.
Our approach is simple and personal. We treat every veteran with the respect their service demands, we explain the process in plain language, and we do the heavy lifting on the evidence and the law so you can focus on your health and your family.
You served your country. Now let us serve you. Every case begins with a free, no-obligation review.
What We Do
We are a nationwide VA disability appeals firm. Because our independent medical network operates by phone, secure email, and video, VA PTSD Firm can coordinate reviews for veterans in all 50 states, U.S. territories, and abroad. Our focus is the appeals and claims process — including denied claims, rating increases, TDIU (unemployability), and appeals at every level.
- Denied and lowball VA disability decisions
- Higher-Level Reviews and Supplemental Claims
- Appeals to the Board of Veterans' Appeals and the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims
- Complex conditions such as PTSD, TBI, and toxic exposure claims
How Our Fees Work
You should never have to pay out of pocket to get the benefits you earned. VA PTSD Firm charges a flat fee, paid upfront: $1,500 per independent medical chart review, DBQ, and Nexus Letter, regardless of outcome. VA PTSD Firm's fee is completely decoupled from your claim's outcome — we do not charge, accept, or calculate fees based on a percentage of your retroactive back pay, future monthly disability payments, or rating increase. We will always explain the fee in clear terms before you schedule anything.
Our Process
We built our process to remove the stress from your claim:
- Free review. We listen to your story and review your decision at no cost.
- Build the evidence. We identify what your file is missing — medical opinions, nexus letters, lay statements — and gather it.
- Appeal. We select the right lane, file the paperwork, and make the legal arguments the VA must address.
- Win. We pursue the highest rating and the earliest effective date you qualify for.
